Production area: Grapes destined for the production of our Curtefranca Bianco Doc come from vineyards located in the heart of Franciacorta. Harvested by hand in small crates. Vineyard cultiv ation: Guyot training system. Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18/20°C. Maturation in stainless steel in contact with its own yeasts by performing battonnage. Filtration followed by bottling. Serving temperature: 6 - 7° C.
