Atto the eye it has a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. Hints of bread crust and yeast emerge on the nose, accompanied by delicate notes of citrus and dried fruits such as almonds and hazelnuts. In the mouth it is fresh, harmonious, with subtle and persistent bubbles that give the wine vitality

Grapes: Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Noir 30% and Pinot White 15%.
