Vineyards of origin: The grapes come solely from the
Mirabella vineyard, located in Paderno Franciacorta

Dosage: Brut Nature, without any added
sugars but only topping up with the same wine
Color: Intense straw yellow with vivid golden reflections
Nose: Freshly baked bread and yeast, mixed with
yellow fruit and white flowers, pleasant citrus notes
Taste: Decisive, dry, persistent, a combination of great
balance and elegance

Grapes: Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Noir 30% and Pinot
White 15%.
