Jellyfish

Pure Merlot, withered in the vineyard left to over-ripen until the last weeks of October allowing selected grapes to reach optimal sugar content. Low yields and meticulous slow vinification with long skin contact ensure that all the nutrients in the skins are released into the wine resulting in a product full of structure. Bottles hand-signed by the producer. Lively, full ruby red color (unfiltered product), with good density. On the nose an explosion of ripe red fruit and jam accompanied by light spice. Pair with rich, succulent dishes.  

It releases hints of red fruit with scents of spices such as cloves, licorice, cocoa and a hint of tabasco.

A wine of great smoothness and captivating aromas. A high quality wine to drink during the week with no accompanying obligations.

Unique wine vinified very slowly in music rooms inside virgin wood barrels for 12 months, then bottled and aged another 12 months minimum before being labeled.
