A noble Franciacorta Pas-Dosè millesimato. In 2020 it was awarded a prize by WineHunter in Merano. It is also called "dosage zero" or "Brut Nature." Its taste, accompanied by the typical aromas of refermentation in the bottle (bread crust, yeast), makes it the ideal aperitif companion (cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, salmon, raw ham, etc.), but it can also be enjoyed throughout a meal, suitable because it has a lot of structure.
Roberto Turra is proud of his family business. His vineyards cover an area of 12 hectares in a sunny location at the foot of Monte Orfano in the municipality of Colonia. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, always taking care to exclude poor or underripe grapes. Turra Franciacorta's production method is based first and foremost on quality and respect for nature and the consumer, without weighing down the product with excessive doses of sugar.
