It stems from Luca's need to go further and fully enhance the work of our ancestors. That is why we allocate for the production of 12 lune only grapes from an ancient variety of merlot grown a few steps from the winery with a pergola system. Plants that, however, possess a great historical heritage as the vineyard was planted after the First World War.
