The wine shows a deep straw yellow color. On olfactory examination, it opens with typical notes of the Chardonnay grape variety: golden apple, yellow peach, chamomile, citrus and light hints of yeast. With oxygenation, the olfactory notes evolve toward floral and slightly spicy sensations. On the palate, the mouthfeel is fresh and full, with a slight acidity that quickly gives way to the robust structure, the result of a generous vintage. The aftertaste is characterized by beautiful notes of ripe fruit, while the finish is savory and smooth. This wine pairs perfectly with fish and vegetable dishes, and is excellent with baked sea bass.
